It opens with an appealing fanfare and has a three-part form. In the second stanza, the melody is played by woodwind instruments, in the first and last - by violins. The romance is a lyrical culmination. Light sadness can be heard in the soulful sound of the violin and cello against the background of piano accompaniment. The melody is distinguished by its development, based on diatonics, quarto-fifths and trichord popevkas. Spatial effects are enhanced through the juxtaposition of registers and timbres, as well as through the use of resonant harp chords.
