My soul is drowned in black,
No exit found, no light to see.
One answer’s staring back,
Above the door: “No way to flee.”
The walls are cold as stone,
The air is thick as lead.
I’m standing here alone,
A shadow of the dead.
Burning red — the sign above the door,
Burning red — I can't take it anymore.
“No exit” is my only law,
Caught within the winter's claw.
Light was a lie, a hollow spark,
Now I am one with the endless dark.
My thoughts are broken glass,
Cutting through the silent air.
I watch the shadows pass,
Fixed in a vacant stare.
This hollow, jagged space,
Where time has ceased to flow,
I’ve lost my name and face
In this eternal show.
I locked the bolt. I threw the key.
This void is all that’s left of me.
No path to take, no bridge to burn,
The point of no — no return!
My soul is dark...
No exit... No light...
Only the sign...
Fading into white.
